Once we meet with you and understand your goals, we will assist in what is necessary to get you there. Each sale is customized to fit your needs and those of the buyer. Fees are agreed to at the time of the contract, before the sale. Our fees are based on commissions and are determined based on the assessed value of items along with the location of the home or business where the sale is being conducted. Every point is made in writing.
Our goal is to sell your unwanted items at the highest price possible. We earn our income based on a percentage, so it is in our best interest to get you the most for your items. We prepare, organize, and stage items to bring the highest price.
We understand that not all situations need a live auction, which is why we offer professionally tagged estate sales.
We have a team that is skilled in working with lawyers, executors, and family members to make the liquidation of personal property an easy and pleasant experience. After the sale, as per agreement we will dispose of any remaining property. Every home is left broom-swept clean which is included in our fees. Within 10 business days of the conclusion of the sale, a professional accounting and a check for the net amount of the sale will be given to you. Our skilled team is here to serve you.
